Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) – November 6th

The Council recommends that you add the event to your calendar upon signing up. The Calendar invite found on this page will contain the event title, details, along with a start and end time and can be added to your calendar with just a few clicks!

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training program developed by Opening Minds, a part of the Mental Health Commission of Canada. The training is delivered by the Council via an e-learning component and a virtual session led by the Council’s in-house instructors.  Upon registering for the program you will receive some introductory information via email.

* Please note that each organization may sign-up a maximum of 4 employees per program

** If you are registering yourself for the program, please ensure that you have your managers permission to attend prior to registering
