By proceeding with the registration\, you confirm that you have secured the necessary authorization. \nHy ‘N’ Hancement Consulting Inc. is the company that provides Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour (UMAB Canada). UMAB was created to meet the safety needs of both service providers and the individuals they support. You can view the Hy ‘N’ Hancement Consulting Inc. website here. \nThis instructor-led virtual learning is currently available at no charge to employees of the NS Continuing Care Sector (long-term care\, residential care facilities and home supports). \nFor general inquiries\, please contact the Council at admin@hcsc.ca \nImportant Notice: To support meaningful engagement and an effective learning experience\, participants are required to join the course using a device with functioning audio and a camera.\nBeing on camera throughout the session supports full participation and interactive learning. If a participant does not have access to a camera-enabled device or a suitable space\, their employer will need to provide a device that has a camera and audio to support their staff’s professional growth.
